Europan 10, 1st Prize

The Masterplan suggests a series of carefully placed interventions that act as satelites to the former submarine bunker 'Dora 1' such as an open air multi-function space on the roof, a sunken plaza and a spiral amphitheatre as a marketplace.The main aim of the competition was a residential building for artists and students at affordable prices, a gallery on the ground floor with a public character. The plot is located in Svartlamon, an self-governing community in the city of Trondheim, Norway.
